Twisted Cork Bistro, a popular Omaha restaurant serving local, natural food, handcrafted ales, spirits plus Pacific Northwest wines. Originally from Seattle, we made a decision to come east to explore a dream. We arrived in Omaha, late 2007 to create a "little wine restaurant", and be closer to Laura's family.
