Twisted Cork Bistro, a popular Omaha restaurant serving local, natural food, handcrafted ales, spirits plus Pacific Northwest wines.  Originally from Seattle, we made a decision to come east to explore a dream.  We arrived in Omaha, late 2007 to create a "little wine restaurant", and be closer to Laura's family. Opened in March 2008, Stop by to receive a little bit of Seattle in Omaha!   Cheers,  Darrell, Laura & Dylan
