Private Events:

Our Bistro is available in the evenings Monday & Tuesday for special events. Any occasion is a great time to eat healthy, sip wine & beer with your friends. Think of a reason; plan the event by assembling a date, time, and how many associates want to have fun. We'll do the rest.

 The rules:

Bistro will hold up to 26 guests for a party, Beverages will be determined on actual sales. Food & beverage sales must reach $1000 or a room charge will be added to bring the bill to the minimum, Nebraska sales tax & service charge then added.

Time frame is 3 hour block between 6:00 – 9:00 pm. That’s it, simple.

$45 per person  - Begin with Artisan cheeses, Granny Smith apples, grapes & crackers for Social Time, Northwest Apple Vinaigrette salad, Trident Seafood's wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon & Hollenbeck Farm's Kansas City Strip Steak Duet, apple smashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables for dinner, Bistro made dessert & coffee to finish
